Datalitica is a Costa Rican company founded in 2017 by Daniela Rivera and Juan Esquivel. We're passionate about helping businesses develop and expand their operations and we do it by facilitating high-quality engineering resources and dedicated support.

Daniela Rivera
CEO · Co-Founder
With over 18 years of experience in software development team administration, Daniela holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Costa Rica Institute of Technology (TEC). She also has a Master's degree in Information Technology from Purdue University. Daniela has worked closely with SaaS, Retail, and Educational Institutions throughout her career, bringing valuable insights to her work in technology consulting.
Juan Esquivel-Rodríguez
CTO · Co-Founder
Juan Esquivel-Rodríguez is an experienced computer engineer and data scientist, with a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Purdue University. As an active professor at the Costa Rica Institute of Technology, he has specialized in data science and has worked as a data mining and AI engineer at Google. With his deep expertise and knowledge, Juan brings valuable insights and leadership to Datalitica's services.
